A Stone Studies Club is a walking club centered on observing the textures and patterns of ordinary stones. Created for city dwellers seeking a slower pace and space for inward reflection, it brings people together through walking, looking closely, and recording small discoveries. The club welcomes introverted participants, allowing conversation and connection to develop at a comfortable pace.
Stones form the core of the visual identity, their varied shapes and markings reflecting the individuality of each member. Anonymous member cards use stones in place of personal portraits, inviting people to connect through shared curiosity and observation.
The Field Brochure serves as a portable reference for each walk, introducing stone patterns participants may encounter along the trail, their formation environments, and distinguishing features. It encourages participants to observe, compare, and record their discoveries, building a closer connection between the stones and the landscapes around them.
